Ingredients:
* 1 oz TY KU liqueur
* 2 oz Irish whiskey
* 2 drops peach bitters
* lemon twist
Preparation:
1. Place the lemon twist and peach bitters in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass.
2. Muddle well to release and mix the lemon essence and bitters.
3. Add ice, Irish whiskey and TY KU.
4. Shake well.
5. Strain into a champagne flute.
