Pumpkin Spice Martini

Ingredients:

    * 1 1/2 oz rye whiskey
    * 1 1/2 oz Modern Spirits Pumpkin Pie Vodka or Hiram Walker Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
    * 1/2 oz triple sec
    * 1/4 oz anise liqueur
    * 1 egg white
    * 3 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
    * grated nutmeg for garnish (optional)

Preparation:

   1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
   2. Shake vigorously (to ensure the egg is properly mixed)
   3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
   4. Sprinkle grated nutmeg on top if desired.

Pink Campari

Ingredients:

    * 1 oz Campari
    * 1 oz rye whiskey
    * 4-5 fresh raspberries
    * splash of pear and cranberry juices
    * splash of sweet and sour mix
    * raspberries for garnish
    * lime twist for garnish

Preparation:

   1. Fill a martini shaker with ice and add all ingredients.
   2. Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass.
   3. Garnish with skewered raspberries and lime twist. 

Packers Punch

Ingredients:

    * 12 oz Makers Mark
    * 4 oz Triple Sec
    * 32 ounces lemonade
    * 16 oz lemon-lime soda
    * 1 apple, sliced thinly

Preparation:

   1. Combine all ingredients in a punchbowl.
   2. Add ice, stir to incorporate ingredients.
   3. Serve.

The Oriental Cocktail

Ingredients:

    * 1 1/2 oz Rittenhouse rye whiskey
    * 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
    * 3/4 oz Cointreau
    * 1/2 oz lime juice
    * cherry garnish

Preparation:

   1. Add all ingredients in a mixing class or cocktail shaker.
   2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
   3. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

New Old-Fashioned

Ingredients:

    * 1 Tbsp simple syrup
    * 5 dashes of bitters
    * 1 peach slice
    * 2 1/2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey
    * ice cubes
    * 1 peach slice
    * 2 blackberries
    * splash of sparkling water

Preparation:


   1. Muddle the simple syrup, bitters and 1 peach slice in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.
   2. Add the bourbon, ice cubes, 1 peach slice, the blackberries and sparkling water.
   3. Stir to combine.
