Speranza
Ingredients:
* 3/4 oz Cinzano Bianco Vermouth
* 3/4 oz Campari
* 1/2 oz SKYY Vodka
* orange wedge for garnish
Method:
1. Build the ingredients in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
2. Garnish with an orange wedge.
Sanguinello
Ingredients:
* 1 oz Campari
* 3/4 oz limoncello
* 2 oz blood orange juice
* blood orange wedge for garnish
Method:
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake and strain onto fresh ice in a highball glass.
3. Garnish with a blood orange wedge.
Rosabel
Ingredients:
* 3/4 oz Cinzano Rosso Vermouth
* 3/4 oz crème de cassis
* splash of Prosecco
Method:
1. Pour chilled Cinzano Rosso Vermouth and crème de cassis directly into a Champagne flute.
2. Top with a splash of Prosecco.
Rimbaud's Left Hand
Ingredients:
* 1 part Pernod Absinthe
* 1 part Benedictine
* 1 part Aperol Orange Liqueur
* 1 part lemon juice
* 1 part pineapple juice
* 1 egg white
* rose water
Method:
1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, shake first without ice.
2. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass with sidecar.
3. Garnish with drops of rose water in the center.
