Irish Coffee Drop

Ingredients:

    * 1 oz Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka
    * 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
    * Guinness

Method:

   1. Pour the Irish cream liqueur into a shot glass.
   2. Pour the vodka on top.
   3. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle.
   4. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug.

Babel-On the Rocks

Ingredients:

    * 2 parts Kahlua
    * 1 part Stoli Elit
    * 2 parts half & half

Method:

   1. Pour the Kahlua and vodka into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
   2. Float the half & half on top.

After Five

Ingredients:

    * 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
    * 1/2 oz Irish cream liqueur
    * 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps

Method:

   1. Pour the coffee liqueur into a shot glass.
   2. Float the Irish cream on top of the coffee liqueur.
   3. Float the Peppermint Schnapps on top of the Irish cream.

Vanilla Latte

Ingredients:

* 2 parts Starbucks Cream Liqueur
* 3/4 parts Absolut Vanilia Vodka
* 2 parts Starbucks coffee, chilled

Method:

1. Build the ingredients in an ice-filled highball glass.

Aman Snow Leopard

Ingredients:


    * 1 1/2 oz Sagatiba Pura Cachaca
    * 1/4 oz amaretto liqueur
    * 1/2 oz heavy cream
    * 3 drops of rose water essence
    * 1 shot of espresso

Method:

   1. Stir the Sagatiba and amaretto in a mixing glass filled with cubed ice.
   2. Strain into a martini glass.
   3. Layer the cream on top with the drops of rose water.
   4. Draw the "S" with drops of espresso sitting on top of the cream.
