The Red Carpet

Ingredients:

    * 1 1/2 oz Oval Vodka
    * 1 oz Campari
    * 1 oz Hiram Walker Pomegranate Schnapps
    * 1 oz pomegranate juice
    * 1/2 oz simple syrup
    * lemon slice for garnish

Preparation:

   1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
   2. Shake vigorously.
   3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
   4. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Norina

Ingredients:

    * 1 oz Cinzano Extra Dry Vermouth
    * 1 oz peach liqueur
    * lemon twist for garnish

Preparation:

   1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
   2. Shake well.
   3. Serve in a martini glass.
   4. Add a lemon twist for a garnish.

Negroni

Ingredients:

    * 1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
    * 1 1/2 oz Campari
    * 1 1/2 oz gin
    * orange slice or twist for garnish

Preparation:

   1. Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
   2. Stir well.
   3. Garnish with the orange slice.

Martini

Ingredients:

    * 2 1/2 oz gin
    * 1/2 oz dry vermouth
    * 1 green olive or lemon twist for garnish
    * orange or Angostura bitters (optional)

Preparation:

   1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
   2. Stir for 30 seconds.
   3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
   4. Add a dash of orange or Angostura bitters if desired
   5. Garnish with the olive or lemon twist.

Gin and Tonic

Ingredients:

    * 2 oz gin
    * 5 oz tonic water
    * lime wedge for garnish

Preparation:

   1. Pour the ingredients in a highball glass with ice cubes.
   2. Stir well.
   3. Garnish with the lime wedge.
