Blue Ice Raspberry Truffle

Ingredients:

    * 1 oz Blue Ice American Vodka
    * 3/4 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
    * 3/4 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
    * fresh whipped cream

Method:

   1. Pour the vodka, Kahlua and chambord into a cocktail shaker with ice.
   2. Shake well.
   3. Strain into a chilled, 8 ounce cocktail glass or tall wine glass.
   4. Top with a pile of fresh whipped cream.

Pomspresso Tini

Ingredients:

    * 2 oz espresso vodka
    * 1 oz pomegranate juice
    * splash of lime juice
    * 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters

Method:

   1. Pour the espresso vodka and fruit juices into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
   2. Shake well.
   3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or small espresso cup.
   4. Add a couple dashes of bitters.

Mochatini

Ingredients:

    * 1 part Starbucks Coffee Liqueur
    * 1/2 part chocolate liqueur
    * 1 part Absolut Vanilia Vodka
    * white chocolate and sugar for rimming

Method:

   1. Rim a cocktail glass with white chocolate and sugar.
   2. Pour the liqueurs and vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
   3. Shake well.
   4. Strain into the prepared glass.

Since publishing this recipe Starbucks liqueurs have been discontinued, however you can substitute another coffee liqueur for it.

The Halfpipe

Ingredients:

    * 1 oz Lucid Absinthe
    * 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
    * 1 oz Crème Liqueur

Method:

   1. In a rocks glass combine Lucid Absinthe, coffee liqueur and crème liqueur.
   2. Stir.

Frostini

Ingredients:

    * 1 part Starbucks Cream Liqueur
    * 1 part Starbucks Coffee Liqueur
    * 1/4 part DeKuyper Peppermint Schnapps
    * fresh mint sprig for garnish

Method:

   1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
   2. Shake well.
   3. Strain into a frozen cocktail glass.
   4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
