Midori Halloween Harvest Punch

Ingredients:

    * 1 part Midori Melon Liqueur
    * 1 part Dark Rum
    * 1 part Light Rum
    * 2 part White Cranberry Juice
    * 1 part Unfiltered Apple Juice
    * 1 part Simple Syrup
    * Juice of one lemon
    * apple slices, blueberries and melon balls for garnish

Method:

*For a Punch Bowl (32 ounces) use this recipe X’s 8.

   1. Add the liquid ingredients and mix well.
   2. Top with apple slices, blueberries, and melon balls.

For an individual cocktail: shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass.

Falling Leaf Fizz

Ingredients:

    * 1 part Grey Goose La Poire Vodka
    * 4 parts of sparkling wine
    * Dash of simple syrup
    * 1 heaping teaspoon pumpkin butter
    * Pinch of pumpkin pie spice
    * dried apple chip for garnish

Method:

   1. Place GREY GOOSE La Poire, pumpkin butter, spice and syrup in the bottom of a champagne glass.
   2. Stir well.
   3. Top with sparkling wine and garnish.

Early Autumn

Ingredients:

    * 1.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire infused with dried pear and apples (click for recipe)
    * 1/2 oz. Lucid absinthe
    * 1 oz. local apple cider
    * 1/2 oz. pear brandy (Adam recommends: Massenez Williams Poire Brandy)
    * 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
    * 2 dashes Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate bitters
    * Ginger beer
    * cinnamon stick for garnish
    * lemon peel for garnish

Method:

   1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
   2. Shake well.
   3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
   4. Garnish with a lemon peel and cinnamon stick.

Dusk in Eden

Ingredients:

    * 1 1/2 parts 42 Below Vodka
    * 1 large slice of pomegranate, chopped
    * 1 part apple juice
    * dash of simple syrup
    * pomegranate seeds to garnish

Method:

   1. Muddle together the pomegranate and syrup in a mixing glass or shaker tin.
   2. Add 42 BELOW Vodka and juice, and fill with ice.
   3. Shake well, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
   4. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

Designated Appletini (non-alcoholic)

Ingredients:

    * 2 oz freshly pressed apple juice (green or gold apples)
    * 1/2 oz simple syrup
    * 1/4 oz lemon juice
    * granulated sugar for rimming
    * apple slice for garnish

Method:

   1. Add apple juice, simple syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
   2. Shake well.
   3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with granulated sugar.
   4. Garnish with an apple slice.

Cherry Bitch

Ingredients:

    * 6 oz Bulldog Gin
    * 1 bag black currant tea
    * 3-5 fresh cherries
    * 3/4 oz lime juice
    * 3-4 oz apple juice
    * 1 oz simple syrup
    * orange peel twist for garnish

Method:

   1. In a cocktail glass, muddle cherries. (It can be difficult to properly muddle in a cocktail glass. Instead, use a mixing glass or an old-fashioned glass for this intial mix.)
   2. In another glass, infuse Bulldog Gin with black currant tea and then, after removing the tea bag, transfer the mix into the cocktail glass.
   3. Add lime juice, simple syrup and apple juice into the cocktail glass then transfer the entire mixture into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
   4. Shake dilligently in the cocktail shaker; strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.
