Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
* 1 oz Navan Vanilla Cognac
* 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
* For Marinade:
* 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries
* 1/2 cup superfine sugar
* Grand Marnier
* strawberry for garnish
Method:
1. Marinade mixed berries in Grand Marnier and super fine sugar for four hours.
2. Combine PAMA, Pineapple Juice and Navan into mixing glass.
3. Shake with ice.
4. Spoon 6-8 berries into bottom of a chilled martini glass.
5. Strain ingredients gently over berries.
6. Garnish with a strawberry.
