Ingredients:
* 2 oz Sagatiba Pura Cachaca
* 1/2 oz elderflower cordial
* 1/2 oz fresh pressed lime juice
* 2 1/2 oz apple cider
* apple disc (slice) for garnish
* mint sprig for garnish
Method:
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Float an apple disc with a mint sprig in the center on top of the martini.
